COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D transformer parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thermo-King products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-King such as the 781069 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHJ61751H36 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 213BQ025561 by Manufacturer Sterling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sw-1-Torque-Transmission Brand 1508873 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sterling such as 252BQ020183 equipment made by Sterling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sterling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sterling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5V902 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 136X1B original spares produced by Tb-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12BE by Tb-Woods and 252BQ020183 spares by Sterling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EX3316 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
